Synthar.cc provides software products designed to enhance gaming experiences. Our products include but are not limited to: triggerbots, aim assistance tools, game helpers, and hardware spoofers.

All products are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of performance, compatibility, or undetectability.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the software at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any consequences.
• Not share, resell, or distribute your license key or access to any Synthar products.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
• Not use our services for any illegal activities or purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Accept that using third-party software in games may violate the game's Terms of Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and license key. Synthar.cc is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abusive behavior.

Account termination does not entitle you to a refund under any circumstances.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Synthar products for personal use only.

This license does not grant you ownership of the software. All intellectual property rights remain with Synthar.cc.

Licenses are subscription-based and require ongoing payment to maintain access. Failure to pay will result in immediate license revocation.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment activity will result in:

• Immediate permanent ban from all Synthar services
• Blacklisting of your hardware ID and payment information
• Potential legal action to recover costs and damages

Synthar.cc makes no guarantees regarding:

• Undetectability or safety from anti-cheat systems
• Prevention of game account bans or suspensions
• Compatibility with all systems, games, or configurations
• Continuous availability or uptime of services
• Performance, accuracy, or effectiveness of products

You acknowledge that using third-party software in online games carries inherent risks, including but not limited to account bans, hardware bans, and loss of game progress. You accept all risks associated with using our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthar.cc and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our products or services
• Game account bans, suspensions, or restrictions
• Loss of game progress, items, or rankings
• Hardware or software damage
• Data loss or security breaches
• Any other matter relating to our services

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of certain information including but not limited to: hardware IDs, IP addresses, system information, and usage data.

This information is used for license verification, security purposes, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
